Fouad Teymour

Armour College of Engineering Students, Alumni, Faculty, Staff, and industry representatives gathered in The John T. Rettaliata Engineering Center for the First Annual Armour R&D Expo on April 15, 2015. The event showcased the work of undergraduate students who participated in the Armour R&D program during the 2014-2015 academic year via poster presentations.


Armour College of Engineering student Gaby Sumampouw (CHE 3rd year) was recently profiled in iitmagazine for the research she is working on as part of the Armour R&D Program for Undergraduate Research Education (PURE). Gaby has been working in the lab of Johnson Polymer ChBE Professor Fouad Teymour, deriving biofuel from algae since her second year at Armour College of Engineering. The article highlights the benefits of taking part in research projects as an undergraduate student.
